Job Description
- Identify viable sales channels within region
- Develop criteria for selection of third-party stockists
- Manage sales representatives, including training, coaching and mentoring, supporting in sales activities, and tracking results
- Maintain relationships with key third-party stockists within region
- Maintain a log/schedule of delivery dates for registered distributors
- Take a periodic inventory products
- Track and trace goods while en-route to their destinations
- Prepare weekly reports of supply-chain activities
- Timeliness in delivery of goods to distributors
- Bachelor's degree in numerate field.
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
- Knowledge in store keeping and distribution.
- Competence in supply chain management.
- Good customer relationship management.
- Sound inventory management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, IT and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
