We are a leading highway and infrastructure construction company headquartered in lagos but with extensive work in the Niger-Delta Delta region seeks competent, experienced and result-driven individuals for immediate employment to fill the following vacant position 1.)  Construction Manager Location: Calabar / Port Harcourt No of positions vacant: 2 (Expats or Nigerians} Reporting Line:  Reports to the General Manager Construction Requirements The successful candidate must have the capability to: Manage all aspects of high way construction projects Deliver projects within the cost and time budgets. Evaluate designs for Highways, Bridges and other Public Utilities. Evaluate milestone documentations, lenders, contracts, BEME Ensure quality completion within standard HSE guidelines. Coordinate experienced multi-racial, multi-cultural professional staff. Manage sub-contractor relations. Manage clients' representatives, consultants and communities for seamless project delivery. Familiar with relevant software programmes for contract costing, online collaboration, scheduling and estimation. The Person Must possess a degree or HND in Civil Engineering 20yrs (minimum) post-qualification experience in Highway construction A relevant Professional Qualification: NSE, COREN,AC. CPC. CCM o brCMM. Experience must include recent leadership role (as project manager or project engineer) in projects valued in excess of NN5.0B 2.)  Senior High-Way Engineer Location: Calabar /Port Harcourt /Bayelsa No of positions vacant: 3 (Expats or Nigerians) Reporting line:  Reports to the Construction Manager Requirements The Job: The successful candidate must have the capability to: Deliver projects within the cost and time budgets. The Persons: Must posses a degree or HND in Civil Engineering 18 yrs (minimum) post-qualification experience in Highway construction Relevant Professional Qualification: NSE, COREN, AC, CPC, CCM or CMM. Experience must include recent leadership role (as project manager or project en9ineer) in projects valued in excess of NN5.0B 3.)  High-Way Engineers Location: Calabar /PortHarcourt /Yenagoa No of positions vacant: 3 (Expals or Nigerians) Reporting Line: Reports to Senior Highway Engineer.   Requirements The successful candidate's duties shall include: Management of Highway projects and sites Management of and effective 3: efficient deployment of resources Organizing, sampling and testing of all construction materials Quality control and safety of all equipment and personnel Regular and accurate reporting 10 management on site issues Liaison with Clients reps / Consultants on the site Preparation of Bids and IPCs. The Person The right candidates will possess: Degree or HND in Civil Engineering Relevant Professional Certifications 15 years hands-on experience in the construction of high-value roads, bridges and other public infrastructure. 4.)  Trainee Engineers Location: Calabar / Port Harcourt No of positions vacant: 4 Reporting line: Snail report to the Senior Highway Engineer Requirements The successful candidates' duties shall include: Site supervision of projects. Preparing work schedules for site works Logistics back up for requirements on the sites The Person The right candidate: Must be a Civil Engineering degree holder Should be not more than 28 years old Must be intelligent, hard working with a great desire to succeed. 5.)  Surveyors Location: Calabar/Yenagoa No of positions vacant: 4 Reporting Line: Shall report to the Senior Highway Engineer Requirements The successful candidate's duties shall include: Engineering survey measurements and computations Field surveys including Leveling, establishment of control points, cross sections, etc. Bridge layout and alignment, As built/tachometricmeasurements Topographical surveys. The Person The right candidate: Must be a HND or BSc. Holder in Surveying Must have at least 15 years relevant experience. Must be familiar with TS and other modem survey equipment and methods. 6.)  Quantity Surveyors Location: Calabar / Port Harcourt No of Positions vacant: 2 Reporting Line: Shall report to the Maintenance manager   Requirements The successful candidates' duties shall include; Building his team of mechanics and equipment repairers Having a thorough understanding of Highway construction equipments (Caterpillar Graders. Rollers, Bull Dozers) Developing a periodic and preventive maintenance plans for all machines Quick and effective repairs of all broken down equipment Managing his team of mechanics Implement value chain procurement models for parts replacement. The Persons: The right candidates Must have at least 15 years working experience in the repairs of late-model Cal machines 7.)  Maintenence Supervisors   Location: Calabar /Lagos /Port Harcourt No of Positlons vacant: 3 Reporting Line  Shall report to the General Manager Requirements The successful candidates' duties shall include; Preparation of Financial Statements of the Company Establish, mainlain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Preparation of Management Accounts. Budge1ing and Performance Evaluation. Establishing Controls for the Assets and Accuracy of the liabilities. Identify investment opportunities. Aligning Corporate Goals and Objectives Liaising with Financial institutions. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. The Person The right candidates; Must have a University degree. HND or equivalent in Accounting, Finance & Banking or Business Administration with Professional Qualification (ICAN/ACCA). Possession of MBA certificate is an added advantage Must have at least 15 years post qualification working experience of which 5 years should beat Senior Management level. Familiarity with IT support/software for accounting 9.)   Business Development Officer Location: Lagos No of Positions Vacant: 1 Line of reports:  shall report 10 the General Manager   Requirements The Person must have: B.Sc. or HND in any of the Social Sciences Full knowledge of computer applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint. CorelDraw. etc. Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC business development experience In the Oil and Gas sector. Must have full knowledge of 011 and Gas tendering including the workings of the NIPEX portal with relations to the ability to respond to bidding events. Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be able to work independently and with little or no supervision.
