Qualifications
1. Hospital Consultants
Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College or its equivalent plus sub-specialty training in the relevant field.
2.) Deputy Directors
Prospective candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in the relevant field and should have four years cognate experience as Assistant Director Candidates with equivalent qualifications could apply.
3.) Nurse Tutors
Bachelors degree in Nursing Sciences in addition to a Diploma/ Certificate / Degree in Education. Specialist qualifications in Paediatric, Perioperative, Ophthalmic and Accident & Emergency Nursing will be of added advantage for those seeking placement in the SPBNS.
4.) Biomedical / Electrical / Electronic Engineers / Therapy Radiographers
Bachelors degree in the relevant field. For Therapy Radiographers evidence of specialist training would be required.
5.) Computer Technician
ND in Computer Engineering
6.) Stores Officer
ND in Stores and Supply Management and Business Studies.
7.) Principal Engr. / Head, school of Biomedical Engineering
B.Sc Biomedical Engineering plus 5 years cognate experience.
